Thank you to those of you who were present at our October overnight gathering in Cincinnati. It was a wonderful time together and the discussion was amazing!

While all of the questions and topics are vital to our future, the Agenda Committee is planning to spend our time in April focusing only on the three bold questions under Search for Spirituality. These questions are deep and thought-provoking and we could spend days discussing even one of them. So in preparation for our meeting in April, we are asking you to begin reflecting on these three questions now. Take them to prayer and/or perhaps gather a few folks to discuss them with you.

Then please email to us any comments or thoughts you have in response to these questions by February 28th. Please refer to the question number when responding. We will compile all of the comments and send them back to you. This will begin the process. At our meeting we will then spend some time on each question in small groups and see where it leads us.

In the Business portion of the meeting we will choose a new Treasurer since John Pack's term will be over. Consider taking on this responsibility for our group. The responsibilities of this office are listed on the Agenda.

Is there a religious community in your area who is not a member of Tri-State Conference? If so, please make personal contact with them and invite someone to attend our meeting with you.
