Please pray for my daughter and her family. She is in a drug rehab program in NY for a year. She will not get to be with her children (in NJ) on Christmas and this is very difficult for her and for them. She is doing wonderfully but her husband will not take the kids to see her. He is an abusive husband and this is his way of making her suffer. This is a very difficult time. Tuck a little prayer in for her mom also who is finding this very difficult. Thanks so much!

Marci Madary's father, who had a massive stroke at the end of June and is still in a rehab unit in Wausau, went back to the hospital yesterday. He was experiencing chest pains. Thankfully his heart is in good condition, but he has a blood clot in each lung. The doctors are giving him blood thinners, and he is comfortable and alert. He should be out of the hospital on Monday, but please pray for his restored health.

Sr. Betty was the facilitator at the NACAR Conference in 2006 in Cincinnati. She has been a vital part of NACAR's history and has supported the Associate movement since its inception. She will soon be having surgery for esophogeal cancer. Please pray for her successful surgery and quick and full recovery.
